NOESIS in Gurgaon is seeking an experienced Architect – Hospitality Projects to lead architectural coordination across hotels, serviced apartments, branded residences, and mixed‑use developments.

You will manage multidisciplinary consultants, ensure compliance with hospitality planning standards, and oversee design from concept through handover. Willingness to travel to project sites is expected, with a strong focus on delivering high‑quality, brand‑aligned spaces.

Qualifications

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognised institution with relevant hospitality exposure.
• 8–10 years of experience in hospitality architecture or related sectors.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning, design coordination, and design management for hospitality projects from concept to handover.
• Coordinate with Principal Architects, Interior Designers, Structural, MEP, Landscape and other consultants.
• Review drawings and ensure alignment with brand standards and project objectives.
• Ensure integration of guest areas, back‑of‑house facilities, and operational requirements.
• Monitor consultant deliverables, timelines, and design quality; conduct design reviews.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Architect – Hospitality Projects with a strong background in hospitality and real estate development to lead architectural coordination and design management across hotels, serviced apartments, branded residences, and mixed‑use developments.

The ideal candidate will have strong design coordination skills, experience managing multidisciplinary consultants, and a sound understanding of hospitality planning and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural planning, design coordination, and design management across hospitality and real estate projects.Coordinate with Principal Architects, Interior Designers, Structural, MEP, Landscape, and other consultants from concept through project completion.Review architectural drawings, design submissions, layouts, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with project objectives and brand standards.Ensure effective integration of guest areas, back‑of‑house facilities, circulation, service areas, and operational requirements within hospitality projects.Manage consultant deliverables, design timelines, quality standards, and project coordination.Conduct regular design review and coordination meetings and resolve architectural and technical issues.Participate in consultant selection, technical evaluations, design reviews, and value engineering exercises.Coordinate with internal project teams, management, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely decision‑making.Support statutory approvals and coordinate with relevant consultants and authorities.Undertake regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and design specifications.Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, fire & life safety regulations, accessibility standards, and local development regulations.Contribute to the successful delivery of projects from concept design through construction and handover.

Candidate Profile

B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognised institution.8–10 years of relevant experience in hospitality architecture, real estate development, or related sectors.Experience working with hospitality developers, hotel brands, real estate developers, or architectural consultancies.Strong experience in managing external architectural consultants and multidisciplinary design teams.Good understanding of hotel planning, serviced apartments, branded residences, and mixed‑use developments.Exposure to the complete project lifecycle, from concept design to construction and handover.Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
