Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in estimation and techno-commercial roles within interior fit-out projects.
• Hands-on experience in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and BOM preparation.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOMs and BOQs from architectural and interior drawings.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and project cost estimations.
• Review architectural, interior, and MEP drawings for commercial fit-out projects.
• Prepare cost sheets, rate analysis, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with design, execution, procurement, and vendor teams for costing.

About the opportunity

We are hiring on behalf of a well-established boutique Architectural & Interior Design firm based in Gurgaon. We are looking for a Techno-Commercial Executive who combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen to support high-end commercial interior projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation, along with a thorough understanding of architectural and interior drawings across all phases of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from architectural and interior drawings.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and project cost estimations.
• Review architectural, interior, and MEP drawings for commercial fit-out projects.
• Prepare cost sheets, rate analysis, and commercial proposals.

Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of commercial interior execution and project lifecycle.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Proficient in preparing BOQs, BOMs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Experience
