Job summary

Essvee Services in Gurgaon is seeking a Lead Architect to head the design team, manage multiple projects, and serve as the primary design interface with clients. You will take ownership from concept through development and execution support.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in architecture or interior design, a strong design sense, and hands-on knowledge of execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential, with excellent client communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor architects and designers.

• Manage design discussions, feedback and approvals.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, vendors and contractors.
• Resolve design and execution challenges with practical solutions. Ensure designs are functional, commercially viable and executable.

What You Will Do

Lead the Design Team

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and client-management skills.
