• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and building codes (California preferred).
• Proficiency in specialized estimating and CAD/shop drawing software (client-specified platforms).
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Present estimates clearly, highlighting differences between budget and recommended options.
• Upon approval, use specialized client-specified software to create shop drawings for production and installation.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, revisions, and approvals.
• Stay updated on industry standards, California building codes, and product specifications.
• Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on estimating processes and tools.
