Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Architect who enjoys both design and on-ground project execution. This role involves architectural design, site visits, client coordination, project monitoring, vendor interactions, and ensuring timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable transitioning between design studios and construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and presentations
• Prepare detailed design and construction documentation
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients
• Ensure design intent is maintained during execution
• Track project timelines, quality, and compliance
• Support interior design and sustainable building initiatives
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and project reports
• Resolve site-related technical and coordination challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• Fresher / 1 year of professional experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite
• Strong understanding of construction practices and detailing
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, institutional, or sustainable building projects
• Knowledge of green building practices and energy-efficient design
• Willingness to travel for site visits
