Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Architecture: Support design, documentation and presentations; contribute to concept development and deliverables.

• Social Media, PR & Outreach: Develop and execute social media and content strategies; identify opportunities for publications and collaborations.

We are looking for an Architect & Communications Designer who can contribute to architectural projects while leading the practice’s content, communications, visual identity, social media and PR.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an Architect & Communications Designer who can contribute to architectural projects while leading the practice’s content, communications, visual identity, social media and PR.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Architecture

• Support architectural design, documentation and presentations, particularly during periods of high workload.
• Contribute to concept development, design studies and project deliverables.

Content & Communications

• Manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, website and other platforms.
• Lead internal and external communications.
• Develop content calendars, project narratives, captions and other communication material.
• Design and ideate presentations, company profiles, proposals, reports and project documents in accordance with brand guidelines.

Social Media, PR & Outreach

• Develop and execute social media and content strategies for the practice.
• Identify opportunities for publications, awards, exhibitions, collaborations and media.
• Build relationships with relevant industry platforms, publications and collaborators.
• Support the practice’s PR, outreach and overall brand positioning.

Visual Content

• Basic understanding of photography and videography, with the ability to capture and curate project and studio content.
• Coordinate and work with photographers, videographers and other creative professionals when required.
  

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• 1 – 5 years of experience, preferably with experience in architecture/design and communications.
• Strong architectural, graphic and visual communication skills.
• Experience in social media marketing, content creation and PR/outreach.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic photography and videography skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Figma, PowerPoint, or other design software is an advantage.
• Strong interest in architecture, design, branding and visual culture.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and take ownership.
