Responsibilities

• Support business planning and advisory assignments with architectural and planning expertise.
• Prepare concept-level layouts, site planning options, area statements, and development scenarios.
• Conduct feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, and development potential assessments.
• Assist in market studies, demand analysis, and space programming exercises.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align design inputs with business goals.
• Review statutory regulations, zoning norms, building bye-laws, and development controls.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and visual material to communicate planning recommendations.
• Evaluate design proposals and development concepts from a technical and commercial perspective.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project discussions as required.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Architect with 4- 6 years of professional experience to join our Business Planning team. The role focuses on integrating architectural expertise with strategic planning, feasibility studies, and advisory services for real estate, infrastructure, and mixed-use development projects. The ideal candidate will support data-driven decision-making through design analysis, planning inputs, and technical insights aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business planning and advisory assignments with architectural and planning expertise
• Prepare concept-level layouts, site planning options, area statements, and development scenarios
• Conduct feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, and development potential assessments
• Assist in market studies, demand analysis, and space programming exercises
• Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, finance, engineering) to align design inputs with business goals
• Review and interpret statutory regulations, zoning norms, building bye-laws, and development controls
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and visual material to communicate planning recommendations
• Evaluate design proposals and development concepts from a technical and commercial perspective
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project discussions as required

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of architectural design, urban planning, and real estate development
• Experience in feasibility studies, master planning, or advisory/consulting assignments preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, GIS, or similar tools is an advantage
• Good analytical skills with the ability to translate design concepts into business insights
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for reports and client presentations
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects

Experience & Education

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
• 4 - 6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in consulting, real estate advisory, or planning-focused roles

Note: It is a contractual role for 1 year.
