Job summary

Qburst Co is seeking an experienced AI solution architect / software engineer to design scalable AI and cloud-based engineering solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead architecture discussions, support pre-sales, and work directly with customers through discovery and delivery phases.

The role requires deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLMOps, RAG pipelines and AI orchestration frameworks, with strong ownership and customer orientation.

Qualifications

• Generative AI and agentic AI concepts.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure and production-grade AI, cloud and digital engineering solutions.
• Develop solutions and accelerators around Agentic AI, AI Factories, RAG, LLMOps and evaluation frameworks.
• Translate customer requirements into architecture blueprints, prototypes and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead technical discovery, solutioning, architecture discussions and customer presentations.
• Support pre-sales activities, including technical proposals, effort estimates and solution demonstrations.
• Work directly with customers during discovery, inception and critical delivery phases.
• Drive technology evaluations, framework selection, technical spikes and proof-of-concept development.
• Identify opportunities to modernise customer platforms using AI-native and digital engineering solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote architecture and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to reusable assets, technical standards and practice capability development.
• Travel for customer engagements as required.

Requirements

• 9-15 years of experience in software engineering, digital product engineering or solution architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions.
• Good understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, LLMOps and vector infrastructure.
• Exposure to LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud, frontend, backend, integration and distributed-system architectures.
• Experience in customer-facing technical discovery, consulting and solutioning roles.
• Exposure to technical pre-sales, proposal development and architecture-led solution positioning.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
