Job summary

QBurst is seeking hands-on Associate Architects and Architects to design AI-enabled, scalable solutions across Agentic Systems, Cloud and AI Infrastructure. You will translate customer needs into architecture blueprints, lead architecture discussions and support pre-sales with technical proposals and demos.

The role involves mentoring engineering teams, developing reusable accelerators, and guiding engagements from discovery to production deployment. Chennai-based, on-site with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 9–15 years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture.
• Hands-on with enterprise-grade tech solutions and scalable architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, LLMOps.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Proficient in modern cloud, frontend, backend and distributed systems.
• Experience in customer-facing discovery, consulting and pre-sales.
• Able to communicate complex tech to business stakeholders.
• Mentor teams while remaining hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure and production-grade AI, cloud and digital engineering solutions.
• Develop solutions and accelerators around Agentic AI, AI Factories, RAG, LLMOps and evaluation frameworks.
• Translate customer requirements into architecture blueprints, prototypes and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead technical discovery, solutioning, architecture discussions and customer presentations.
• Support pre-sales activities, including technical proposals, effort estimates and solution demonstrations.
• Work directly with customers during discovery, inception and critical delivery phases.
• Drive technology evaluations, framework selection, technical spikes and PoC development.
• Identify opportunities to modernise customer platforms using AI-native and digital engineering solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote architecture and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to reusable assets, technical standards and practice capability development.
• Travel for customer engagements as required.

Requirements

• 9–15 years of experience in software engineering, digital product engineering or solution architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions.
• Good understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, LLMOps and vector infrastructure.
• Exposure to LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud, frontend, backend, integration and distributed-system architectures.
• Experience in customer-facing technical discovery, consulting and solutioning roles.
• Exposure to technical pre-sales, proposal development and architecture-led solution positioning.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
