• Assist in site visits and update drawings based on field conditions.

Role Description:

This is a full-time Architect / Architecture Draftsperson role based in Mumbai. The role involves preparing architectural drawings, submission drawings as per DCPR 2034, working drawing/detail drawings, Mivan drawings, 3d visualisation/ elevation design. Responsibilities include supporting architectural design development, coordinating with civil and structural engineers, and assisting in integrating design solutions with project requirements. The person in this role will participate in site visits and update drawings as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed drawings and plans.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD,Photoshop, MS Office, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, etc) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Degree in Architecture,
• Strong attention to detail, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
