Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Tiruppur. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and coordinating detailed plans for projects ranging from buildings to urban-scale developments.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear plans and drawings.
• Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools, BIM platforms, or design workflows.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles, building codes, and local regulations.
