Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Kunnamkulam. The Architect will develop architectural concepts and detailed designs, prepare drawings and documentation, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include space planning, reviewing technical specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, and participating in client meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions. The role involves overseeing design integration across disciplines, monitoring project progress, and supporting construction administration activities such as site visits and design clarifications. The Architect will collaborate with the broader team to maintain design quality while meeting timelines and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed plans and construction-ready documents.
• Experience with Integration across disciplines, coordinating structural, MEP, and interior inputs into cohesive architectural solutions.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Working knowledge of Software Development principles or relevant design/visualization tools and platforms, enabling effective collaboration with digital and technical teams.
• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and visualization tools; familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, functional, and timeless design work.
