Role Description

The Architect will be responsible for developing concept designs, detailed architectural drawings, and construction documentation for luxury residential, hospitality, and workplace projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with structural, services, and interior teams, preparing 2D and 3D presentations, and ensuring design intent is maintained through all project stages from planning to execution. The role involves regular site visits, reviewing workmanship, resolving on-site design issues, and collaborating with contractors, vendors, and consultants to keep projects on schedule and aligned with budget and quality standards. The Architect will also assist with statutory submissions, liaison with authorities for approvals, and contribute to design reviews and client presentations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into functional, buildable solutions.
• Experience with Project Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams, timelines, and deliverables across project stages.
• Working knowledge of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools and workflows (e.g., BIM, interoperability between CAD/3D software).
• Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM tools, SketchUp, Adobe Suite) and digital visualization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; registration with COA or eligibility to register is preferred.
• Understanding of local building codes, bylaws, and approval processes, preferably within Rajasthan or similar jurisdictions.
• Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to work with heritage materials and contemporary luxury finishes.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a team-driven, fast-paced studio environment.
