Ensure compliance of drawing sets for Town and Country Planning (TNCP) approvals, RERA project registrations, Environmental Clearances, Pre-Fire NOCs, and local municipal sanctions.
Maintain strict document control and track all incoming and outgoing Drawing Transmittals across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Monitor external consultant deliverables against master drawing release schedules to ensure timely availability of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
Maintain a centralized document control log tracking drawing versions, revision histories, and distribution status to site teams.
Assist project and procurement teams in finalizing Tender Drawings, scope packages, and short drawings required for contractor bidding and rate analysis.
Ensure tender drawing sets accurately reflect technical specifications, material schedules, and design parameters to avoid post-award variation claims.
