Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Nagpur. The Architect will develop architectural concepts, prepare design drawings and detailed plans, and coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, reviewing building codes and regulations, preparing project documentation, and ensuring design quality and feasibility. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand requirements, presenting design proposals, and supporting project management activities such as timelines, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
