Job summary

LMC Architects in Mumbai is seeking an Architect to join our design studio in Churchgate with 4-5 years of experience, focusing on luxury residential interiors, hospitality, and premium commercial projects.

You will take projects from concept through execution, coordinating with consultants, preparing BOQs and cost estimates, and ensuring documentation accuracy in a detail-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Up to 4 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design.
• Proven experience in high-end luxury residential interior projects (essential).
• Experience in hospitality projects is highly preferred.
• Strong site execution knowledge and coordination experience.
• Ability to manage projects from design through execution.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare preliminary cost estimates, timelines and project requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and project records.

LMC Architects is hiring an Architect to join our design studio in Churchgate, Mumbai. We are looking for a highly motivated architect with up to 4 - 5 years of professional experience who has worked on high-end luxury residential interiors, hospitality, and premium commercial projects.
