Job summary

Americana Restaurants is seeking a creative Architect with experience in Retail, Hospitality, or F&B design to join our Design team. The role focuses on designing new stores, renovations, and retrofit projects while upholding brand standards, functionality, and guest experience.

You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors, produce detailed drawings, and ensure compliance with codes and timelines. This hands-on role requires strong design and project management skills to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch) required.
• 3–5 years post-qualification experience as an Architect.
• Experience in Retail, Hospitality, or F&B design projects.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, building codes, life-safety regulations, materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Experience handling multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and layouts for new stores and renovation projects.
• Create innovative, functional, and visually appealing design solutions aligned with brand requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare measured drawings.
• Plan spaces with a strong focus on customer flow and guest experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Produce accurate design drawings and documentation using industry-standard software.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, local regulations, MEP requirements, and brand guidelines.
• Support construction teams with design clarifications, modifications, and material approvals.
• Identify value-engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget.
