• 3D & Rendering Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape.
• Design Acumen: Portfolio demonstrating exceptional aesthetic judgment, form, and composition.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively pitch ideas.

Key Responsibilities
