Tech Weave International Private Limited is seeking an Architect for industrial and plant infrastructure projects in Gujarat. The role focuses on planning, designing, and coordinating architectural aspects of factories, warehouses, and utilities with cross-functional teams.

The candidate will ensure compliance with NBC, fire and environmental norms, coordinate with MEP and structural teams, and prepare drawings for approvals while supporting site execution and future scalability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture registered with COA.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in industrial/factory/warehouse design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit/SketchUp/3ds Max preferred.
• Familiarity with NBC, local development regulations, and factory norms.
• Strong coordination with structural, MEP, and civil teams; good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts for industrial buildings and expansions.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, and MEP consultants for integrated designs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety norms, licensing, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare drawings for approvals: plan sanction, fire NOC, and other regulatory submissions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction against approved drawings and specs.
• Prepare BOQ, material specs, and cost estimates for architectural scope.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors on design intent, materials, and finishes.
• Support space planning for production floors, storage, utility yards, and admin areas.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision control, and project documentation.
• Ensure designs support operational efficiency, worker safety, and future scalability.

Position Summary

The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating architectural aspects of industrial and plant infrastructure projects, including factory buildings, warehouses, utility blocks, and allied facilities. The role requires close coordination with civil, structural, and MEP consultants, statutory authorities, and project execution teams to ensure designs are functional, compliant, and aligned with plant operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts for industrial buildings, plant expansions, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with structural, civil, electrical, and MEP consultants to ensure integrated and buildable designs.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, fire safety norms, factory licensing requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and process drawings for statutory approvals, including plan sanction, fire NOC, and other regulatory submissions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress against approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material specifications, and cost estimates for architectural scope of work.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on design intent, material selection, and finishing standards.
• Support space planning for production floors, storage areas, utility yards, and administrative blocks in line with operational workflow.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision control, and project documentation.
• Ensure designs support operational efficiency, worker safety, and future scalability of plant facilities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch), registered with the Council of Architecture (COA).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial, factory, or warehouse project design; manufacturing plant exposure preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / 3ds Max preferred.
• Working knowledge of National Building Code (NBC), local development control regulations, and factory building norms.
• Basic understanding of structural and MEP coordination in an industrial project context.
• Strong site coordination and vendor/contractor management skills.
• Good communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams and statutory authorities.
