Job summary

Simfy Infracon Hyderabad is hiring a Junior Architect / Interior Architect for residential, commercial and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate is creative, detail‑oriented and holds a B Arch or a degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.

You will prepare drawings and plans, develop design concepts, create 2D drawings and 3D renders, assist with material selections and site coordination, and coordinate with architects, consultants and vendors.

Qualifications

• B Arch is mandatory.
• 02 years of experience required.
• Proficient in architectural and interior drawings and 2D/3D renderings.
• Residential, commercial and hospitality projects experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and interior drawings, plans, elevations and sections.
• Develop design concepts, space plans and furniture layouts.
• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings and presentations.

Junior Architect / Interior Architect

Experience: 02 Years
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect / Interior Architect to work on residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural and interior drawings, plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
• Develop design concepts, space plans and furniture layouts.
• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings and presentations.
• Assist with material selection, technical detailing and site coordination.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and project teams.
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built documentation.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape or V-Ray.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign.
• Good understanding of construction materials and interior detailing.
• Strong creativity, communication and attention to detail.
