Job summary

Zelos Developers Private Limited in Gurgaon seeks an Architect with 10-12 years of experience to lead the production and coordination of complete working drawings for luxury residences. You will ensure architectural and interior details align with client expectations and codes, coordinating across structural, MEP, and interior teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing GFC sets, resolving drawing clashes, and guiding on-site implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch); Master's in Architecture and Interior Design is a plus.
• Strong command over AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office; BIM familiarity.
• Solid understanding of interior detailing, joinery, bespoke elements, and service integration.
• Proven experience coordinating across architecture, interiors, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical delivery and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee complete, high-quality working drawings and GFC sets for high-end residences, including architectural and interior details.
• Check and coordinate drawings from structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to ensure alignment with architectural intent.
• Identify design clashes, gaps, or technical issues in drawings and resolve them efficiently with consultants and the site team.
• Ensure all drawings are compliant with project standards, client expectations, and applicable building codes.
• Lead the technical coordination of architecture and interior layouts with MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Manage drawing documentation, revision control, and issue logs.
• Conduct site visits to ensure that execution matches the design intent and drawings and troubleshoot on-site technical challenges.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for bespoke detailing, joinery, finishes, and service integration.
