Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect position at our Coimbatore-based studio. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating technical drawings, and managing projects from initial concepts to execution. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, integrating functional and aesthetic elements into designs, coordinating with team members and contractors, and overseeing on-site implementation to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in architecture/interior design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to translate ideas into functional designs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit,3ds Max with V-Ray / Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion and/or D5 Render.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interior design and visualization work.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
