Qualifications

• 3 years of documented PA/AR Trainer experience in a professional setting.

• Willingness and flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
• Experience in performance evaluation and feedback delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and existing employees on accounts receivable processes.
• Train employees on AR workflows, claim follow-ups, and healthcare billing procedures.
• Explain process guidelines, healthcare compliance requirements, and AR best practices.
• Evaluate trainee performance, assess understanding, and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify training gaps and support continuous employee development and skill enhancement.
