Rusan Medisys in Coimbatore invites skilled professionals for an AR Calling role in US healthcare. You will perform outbound calls to US insurers, follow up on outstanding A/R and ensure timely collections while maintaining high accuracy and client satisfaction.

The position requires 6 months to 5 years in AR calling, excellent communication, analytical skills, and willingness to work US night shifts from India. Immediate joiners preferred, join us to grow with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (A/R).


• Ensure timely collection of payments by effectively managing and prioritizing A/R accounts.


• Handle inquiries via phone and written communication to resolve unpaid or denied medical claims.


• Analyze medical insurance claims and identify reasons for denials or delays.


• Work in alignment with client requirements and project specifications.


• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and issue resolution.
