The candidate will handle denial analysis, appeals, and claim corrections, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation. Immediate joiners are preferred, with a US-shift schedule in place and office-based work in Valasaravakkam.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an AR Caller in US Healthcare Medical Billing.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Denial Management, and Insurance Follow-up.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial payers; knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
• Analyze and resolve denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
• Work on aging reports to reduce outstanding AR.
• Verify claim status and identify reasons for denials.
• Process appeals and claim corrections to maximize reimbursements.
• Document all call activities and account updates accurately.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up, Denial Management, and Insurance Claim Resolution. The candidate will be responsible for following up with insurance companies, resolving denied or unpaid claims, and ensuring timely reimbursement.
