Job Description: A R (Accounts Receivable) Caller

Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented AR Callers to join our team. The role involves interacting with US insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims and ensuring timely payments to healthcare providers. Candidates with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to insurance companies to obtain the status of claims for outstanding balances on patient accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely follow-up on A/R accounts.
• Understand client requirements and project specifications.
• Deliver high-quality results that meet client standards.
• Gain a brief understanding of the Medical Billing Cycle.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and resolve complex claims issues.
