Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations or Accounting.
• Knowledge of SAP will be a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of export documentation and banking processes will be an added benefit.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support billing and receivable activities for all entities within the Hyderabad Cluster.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Commercial teams, customers and banking partners to ensure timely invoicing and accurate billing.
• Assist with compliance for export documentation requirements and cash collection processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize end-to-end AR processes.
