Job summary

Cprime is a global consulting firm partnering with Fortune 100 clients to deliver AI-driven transformation. We seek an ATP Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end Apptio Targetprocess deployments, mentor teams, and collaborate with clients across multiple time zones.

Strong SAFe experience and hands-on JavaScript/JSON/API skills are required. The role involves discovery workshops, feature enhancements, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful adoption and value realization for

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, JSON and API integration.
• Knowledge or experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement Apptio Targetprocess instance and collaborate with business functions to drive adoption.
• Lead ATP team and mentor for best practices in implementation.
• Manage end-to-end ATP implementation and client interactions.
• Conduct discovery workshops and advise on ATP implementation best practices.
• Update and extend Apptio Targetprocess features, views, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Serve as the primary business contact for implementation and support.
• Gather customer feedback and coordinate with Product Management to improve usability.
• Troubleshoot issues with support and development teams.
• Present status, optimization opportunities, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Support pre-sales activities, including demos, RFP responses, and effort estimation.
• Configure Targetprocess processes, views, and automation rules.
• Integrate with Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and other tools.

ATP Implementation Lead

What you will do:

• Implement Apptio Targetprocess instance and partner with business functions to gain user adoption.
• Lead ATP team and mentor them for the implementation best practices.
• Lead end to end implementation of ATP implementation and periodic interaction with clients.
• Conduct discovery workshops and advise on the best practices to implement ATP.
• Update and add new features and solution of Apptio Targetprocess.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to drive toward desired outcomes aligning with the continuous requirement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the business users and work towards implementation & support.
• Gather customer feedback and work with the Product Management team to recommend how to improve product usability
• Troubleshoot customer issues and collaborate with support and development teams to resolve
• Present project status, optimization opportunities, and strategic recommendations to business and technology leadership.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, RFP responses, solution design, and effort estimation.

Target Process:

• Solution Management - install/configure pre-defined and custom Apptio Targetprocess solutions aligning with department/ unit and ART needs
• Create custom Apptio Targetprocess views, reports, and dashboards
• Configure Apptio Targetprocess process parameters and settings
• Create custom Apptio Targetprocess automation rules and metrics for event-based customization
• Import customer data
• Configure integrations with 3rd party products Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, etc

Qualifications and skills:

• 8 to 12 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple business units/ leads and deliverables at any given time through effective time management and planning
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
• Someone eager to grow their IT skills in a fast-paced IT environment. A highly motivated and self-guided individual who can receive a task and see it through with minimal supervision
• Ability to analyze situations, form ideas, and get creative to provide solutions. Pride yourself on strong communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills.
• Should hold a bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• Knowledge or experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) will have an added advantage.
• Should have good hands-on experience in Java Script, JSON and API.
• Apptio Targetprocess certification an added advantage.
