Meyer Organics in Bengaluru, Karnataka, seeks a quality-focused IPQA/QA operator to support stage-wise line clearances and in-process checks in tablet and capsule manufacturing. The role involves monitoring quality, collecting samples, and ensuring documentation for audits.

Fresh graduates with B.Pharma or M.Pharma are encouraged to apply. The candidate will work under the QA lead, ensuring compliance with SOPs and GMP, and will participate in BMR reconciliation and packing readiness.

Formación

• Education: B.Pharma or M.Pharma.
• Freshers are eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Give stage-wise line clearance in tablet/capsule manufacturing covering Granulations, Coating, Capsule filling, Polishing, Beads prep areas.
• Monitor in-process quality checks in tablet/capsule manufacturing.
• Compare appearance of coated tablets/filled capsules against standards.
• Collect stage-wise samples for QC analysis, residual solvent, retained samples, stability, MOPL.
• Check any OOS during online process and report to seniors.
• Reconciling final tablet/capsule BMR before release for packing/next process.
• Compile IPQC data for tablets/capsules in register and PC systems.
• Perform line clearance in liquid orals and packing during shifts in absence of IPQA.
• Ensure SOPs are available and documentation ready for audits.
• Conduct packed stock verification of tablets/capsules/liquid orals and report to QA manager.

Role & responsibilities

• 1.Giving stage wise line clearance in Tablet/ Capsule manufacturing department covering all the sections like Granulations, Compressions, Coating, Capsule filling, Polishing area, Beads preparation area.
• 2. Responsible for monitoring the In-process quality control checks in Tablet/ Capsule manufacturing department.
• 3. Comparing the appearance of Coated Tablets/ Filled Capsules for all products against the standards.
• 4. Collection of stage wise samples for QC Analysis, Residual solvent, Retained, Stability, MOPL samples.
• 5. Checking any OOS recorded during online process and reporting to seniors.
• 6. Final Tablet/ Capsule BMR reconciliation before release for packing/ next process.
• 7. Compilation of all Tablets/ Capsule IPQC datas in register and system-PC.
• 8. Line clearance of activities in Liquid orals department & packing department during shift operations in absence of respective IPQA.
• 9. To know the SOPs and ensure availability of necessary documentation required for audits.
• 10. To conduct Packed stock verification of Tablets/ Capsules/ Liquid orals and report to QA manager/ designee.
• 11. To scan & store Vitamin & Mineral beads image at respective folder in PC for comparison.
• 12. Any other jobs & responsibility as and when entrusted by Head of the department.
