Job summary

Meyer Organics is seeking a quality-focused professional for Tablet manufacturing oversight at the Peenya, Bangalore site. You will perform stage-wise line clearance across granulation, compression and coating, monitor in-process QC checks, and ensure accurate BMR reconciliation before release.

The role involves compiling IPQC data, handling OOS issues, and coordinating with packing for downstream processes. Minimum education of B.Pharma/M.Pharma and 1–3 years in pharma is required.

Qualifications

• Education- B.Pharma/M.Pharma.
• Experience- 1 to 3 Years (Pharmaceutical Industry only).
• Location- Peenya, Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Give stage wise line clearance in Tablet manufacturing department for granulations, compression and coating.
• Monitor In-process quality control checks in Tablet manufacturing department.
• Compare appearance of coated tablets against standards.
• Collect stage-wise samples for analysis including Residual solvent samples and handover for QC Testing.
• Check any OOS during online process and report to seniors.
• Do final BMR reconciliation before release for next process/packing.
• Compile all Tablets IPQC datas in system.
• Clear activities in tablets during shift operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head of the department.
• Line clearance at every stage of Manufacturing of Tablets & Granules and sign documents.
• Stop the line for major non-compliance with approvals from seniors/Head of department.
• Reconcile the BMR online and handover final completed BMR to packing dept.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• 1. Giving stage wise line clearance in Tablet manufacturing department covering all the

  sections like granulations, compression and coating.

• 2. Responsible for monitoring the In-process quality control checks in Tablet manufacturing department.

• 3. Comparing the appearance of coated tablets for all products against the standards.

• 4. Collection of samples stage wise for analysis including Residual solvent samples and

  handover for QC Testing.

• 5. Checking any OOS recorded during online process and reporting to seniors.

• 6. Final BMR reconciliation before release for next process/packing.

• 7. Compilation of all Tablets IPQC datas in system.

• 8. Clearance of activities in tablets during shift operations.

• 9. Any other jobs & responsibility as and when entrusted by Head of the department.

• 10. Line clearance at every stage of Manufacturing of Tablets & Granules and sign the respective documents.

• 11. To stop the line in case of any major non-compliance and with proper approval and guidance from seniors and Head of the department.

• 12. To reconcile the BMR online and handover the final completed BMR to packing dept. for further process.
