Shalina Healthcare in Pune district is seeking a Production Officer/Sr. Officer (Tablet) to oversee tablet manufacturing processes including granulation, compression and coating.

The role emphasizes strict GMP compliance, daily scheduling, equipment planning and manpower allocation on the shop floor. Candidates should have 4–8 years of experience in a reputed tablet manufacturing company and hold B.Pharm or M.Pharm degrees.

Qualificações

• 4–8 years of experience in tablet manufacturing at a reputed company.
• Bachelor or Master of Pharmacy degree.
• Knowledge of GMP practices and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Handle granulation, compression, coating and related production activities.
• Ensure C-GMP compliance in production areas.
• Prepare day-wise production schedules and plans.
• Plan daily machine-wise production according to capacity.
• Allocate manpower at all workstations.
• Maintain daily records and online documentation for manufacturing areas.
• Train operators, contract workers and pharmacists.
• Document change controls, deviations, incident reports and packing compliance.

Role & responsibilities

1 To handle Production activities, like granulation, compression, coating, etc.

2 C-GMP to be followed in production manufacturing area.

3 Day wise schedule preparation.

4 Daily machine wise planning and scheduling.

5 Allocation of manpower at all works station.

6 To put all record and manufacturing area update & online documentation on daily basis

7 To train Operators, contractual & pharmacists

8 Documentation of Change control, deviation, incidence report, compliance of packing department.
