Job summary

Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd in Khatraj, Gujarat is seeking a Trainee/Officer/Sr. Officer to oversee IPQA activities in manufacturing Oral Solid dosage forms. The responsibilities include managing production parameters, sample collections, and logbook maintenance.

The ideal candidate is a male from Ahmedabad with 0 to 5 years of experience in the formulation industry. Only candidates with a background in Finished Products will be considered.

Qualifications

• Handling of IPQA activities during Manufacturing of Oral Solid dosage forms.
• Experience with analytical instruments like Analytical balance and Tablet tester.
• Proficient in Excel for record maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage line clearance and API calculations during production.
• Conduct logbook reviews and sample collections.
• Perform Composite Sampling & Blend uniformity checks.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Handling of all IPQA activities during Manufacturing of Oral Solid dosage forms (Tablet and Capsule.)
• Line clearance during daily activities of production.
• Calculation of API and ingredients in dispensing activities.
• Logbook Review.
• Collection of samples in intermediate and finished stage in manufacturing of Tablets and Capsules.
• Perform Composite Sampling & Blend uniformity (BU).
• Record and maintain CPP and RFT data of all BMR in regular basis on Excel.
• Online checking of in-process parameters in all manufacturing stages, Completion of BMR & Daily log book.
• Handling of all IPQC instruments like Analytical balance, Semi-automatic tablet tester, DT apparatus, Friability tester etc.
