Oceaneering International in India is seeking a technical support engineer to provide AI-enabled services and helpdesk support for ROV, survey, and related equipment. You will manage databases, troubleshoot issues, and prepare management reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical, willingness to work from office, and flexibility to rotate shifts.

Qualificações

• Able to work in rotational shifts 42.5 hours weekly (Morning, Evening, Night & Weekends)
• Knowledge of MS-Office and computer fundamentals
• Must be willing to Work from office as and when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, deploy, and support AI-enabled applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI technologies.
• Build and optimize agents in Copilot Studio and create instructions, topics, actions and orchestration logic.
• Develop workflows and integrations using Power Automate and ensure security and governance alignment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Test, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot AI-driven solutions and provide knowledge transfer.

Job Description

The main purpose of this position is to provide technical support to queries associated with ROV, Survey, C-NAV and AGV equipment. It includes Database Management using helpdesk and knowledge base software, assisting in troubleshooting using available resources and preparing customized reports for management.

Functions

ESSENTIAL

• Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise AI agents, automations, and AI-enabled applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI technologies.
• Build and optimize agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including instructions, topics, actions, tools, knowledge sources, and orchestration logic.
• Develop workflows, approvals, notifications, integrations, and process orchestrations using Power Automate.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, define requirements, assess feasibility, prioritize opportunities, and establish measurable outcomes.
• Translate functional requirements into maintainable technical designs that align with enterprise architecture, security, data, privacy, compliance, and AI governance standards.
• Implement prompt engineering, grounding, retrieval-augmented generation, and human-review patterns to improve accuracy, reliability, and appropriate agent behavior.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure services, enterprise applications, APIs, and approved external services.
• Develop and execute functional, integration, regression, security, prompt-response, tool-calling, and user acceptance tests.
• Package and deploy solutions using approved application lifecycle management, source control, configuration management, and change control practices.
• Monitor availability, performance, usage, quality, failures, and adoption; troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements based on telemetry and feedback.
• Support demonstrations, training, knowledge transfers, release communications, and adoption activities.
• Contribute reusable prompts, components, connectors, templates, standards, and implementation patterns to improve delivery consistency and speed.
