Job summary

Innovaccer seeks an Apprentice in Talent Acquisition (US) to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while supporting our commitment to finding and hiring top talent in technology and analytics. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while supporting our commitment to finding and hiring top talent in the technology and analytics sector. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers to understand the nuances of our hiring needs and the company culture, which will provide you with a solid foundation in talent acquisition strategies. This apprenticeship will give you the unique opportunity to learn about various recruiting tools and techniques, participate in interviews, and contribute to the overall candidate experience.

About the Role
