Job summary

Piramal Pharma Ltd is seeking an Apprentice - Production to support pharma plant operations in compliance with cGMP requirements. The role involves monitoring Imidazole stock, pH checking of solvents, data recording, and stock reconciliation across book and physical inventories.

You will report near misses/incidents promptly, maintain GMP and safety procedures, and prepare work permits for maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

Recovered Imidazole stock monitoring and arranging the stock as per the requirement.
Specific Solvents pH checking and recording in register on daily basis.
Data collection and recording in the notes.
Cross checking Recovered solvent and mother liquor stock availability in book stock with physical stock.
Reporting the near miss, incidents/accidents (if happens) to the authorities concerned in time.
To maintain GMP in process & follow in safety procedures.
To prepare work permit to Mechanical maintenance, Electrical and Instrumentation.
To instruct the helpers and supervise the job.
To ensure good housekeeping in work area.
To ensure safety in process and in work area.
Issuing the distilled solvent in drums to other plants safely.
Helping to the SRU Team member in the shift activities.
