Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking an Apprentice QA to support document control and quality systems within our GMP environment in India. You will manage GMP documents, organize archival and retrieval, and monitor retention samples to ensure compliance.

The role covers issuance and control of SOPs, BMR/BPR and related formats, plus updating QMS records for change controls, deviations, and OOS events. You will assist in audits and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP/document control processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for document control and records management, including issuance, archival, retrieval, and maintenance of GMP documents.
• Oversees retention sample storage monitoring.
• Maintains and follows up on QMS records related to change controls, deviations, OOS, and other quality events.
• Issuance and control of documents (SOPs, BMR, BPR, Formats, Logbooks and LNBs).
• Management of archival and retrieval of documents.
• Updating of Logbooks related to QMS documents (change control, deviation, OOS etc).
• Monitoring of temperature for retention sample storage.
• Participation in audits to arrange documents pre-audit and ensure timely document availability during audits.
