Job description

International Centre for Theoretical Sciences (ICTS) of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), a premier research centre (an Autonomous, Grant-in-Aid Institution of the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India) is looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals for appointment to the post of Project Scientist B at its Bangalore Office. The candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:

The project offers excellent opportunities for fundamental research in fluid mechanics on processes in the Bay of Bengal. The study will be mainly theoretical and computational. The ideal project assistant will be extremely strong academically and wishing to do basic research in fluid mechanics.

Upper Age Limit: 30 years

Age criteria will be relaxed appropriately for candidates with higher work experience (relevant) than essential experience required for the post.
