Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a Middleware Admin L2 with 4-6 years of experience to manage WebLogic domains, servers and clusters in a hybrid environment.

You will deploy and troubleshoot applications (EAR/WAR/JAR), configure JDBC/JMS data sources, monitor health with OEM, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins across Dev, QA, UAT and Production environments.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of middleware administration experience with WebLogic.
• Proficient in configuring JDBC/JMS and data sources.
• Experience with server and cluster management.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
• Strong log analysis and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage WebLogic domains, servers, and clusters.
• Deploy, redeploy, and troubleshoot applications (EAR/WAR/JAR).
• Manage WebLogic Admin Server and Managed Servers.
• Configure JDBC, JMS, Data Sources, and Connection Pools.
• Monitor system health using tools (OEM, Dynatrace, AppDynamics).
• Perform performance tuning (JVM tuning, thread dumps, heap analysis).
• Analyze logs (server logs, GC logs) for troubleshooting.
• Use scripts (Shell/Python/WLST) for automation.
• Support deployment pipelines (CI/CD tools like Jenkins).
• Work on Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Support patching, upgrades, and migrations.
• Manage WebLogic security (users, groups, roles).
