We are hiring for a WebLogic Admin L2 role with Simple Logic IT Pvt Ltd at Mahape-Navi Mumbai.

Experience: 4-6 Years

Mode of Work: Work From Office

Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days Joiners

Shift: 24/7 Rotating shift including night

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration and administration of WebLogic infrastructure.
• Patching and upgrade of WebLogic infrastructure.
• Deployment and undeployment of applications.
• Performance tuning – heap size configuration, thread dump analysis, heap dump analysis.
• Administration and configuration of web servers such as Apache, OHS, IHS, Nginx, etc.
• Integration of web servers with application servers.
• TLS/SSL implementation.
• Implementation of best practices and standards.
• Configuring monitoring tools/scripts for application and web server health checks, profiling, memory usage, concurrency, etc.
• Build proactive alerts to avoid downtime.
• Capacity planning and sizing.
• Disaster recovery switchover and failover.
• Change management – review proposed changes and implement them in pre‑production and production environments.
• Respond to client issues/requests and recognize client priorities.
• Outage scenario handling, escalations and root cause analysis, on‑call support.
• Participate in monthly client review meetings and technical presentations.
