Job summary

TELUS Digital in Noida is seeking an Application Development Module Lead - Web to own front-end website implementation and ongoing maintenance for client projects. You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure client requirements are met and websites remain up-to-date and optimized.

The role requires strong ASP.NET/C#/MVC experience, HTML5/CSS/JS, and familiarity with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps. A bachelor's degree in CS/IT and experience across an end-to-end lifecycle are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in configuration management or related IT field.
• 6+ years of experience developing web applications with ASP.Net /C#/MVC.
• 6+ years of knowledge and practical experience with HTML4+/HTML5, CSS/Less, Javascript/JQuery,
• Ajax, DOM and Xml web standards is essential.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required; certifications preferred.
• Exposure to at least 1 end-to-end implementation lifecycle is an add-on.
• Exhibits teamwork, initiative, and independence.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications with ASP.Net /C#/MVC.

• Handoff artifacts to QA after implementation.
• Peer review tickets of mid to high complexity.
• Mentor and coach teammates.

Summary

An Application Development Module Lead - Web is tasked with the responsibility of handling 'front-end' website implementation and maintenance for clients. Their role involves collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth execution of web development projects and ensuring that the client's requirements are met effectively. They are also responsible for ongoing maintenance to ensure the websites remain up-to-date, functional, and optimized, ensuring client satisfaction and overall project success.

Responsibilities

• knowledge and hands-on experience developing web applications with ASP.Net /C#/MVC

• knowledge and practical experience with HTML4+/HTML5, CSS/Less, Javascript/JQuery, Ajax, DOM and Xml web standards is essential.

• Have a working knowledge of the Visual Studio 2019+/Git/Azure DevOps development environment.

• Comprehends website implementation requirements and ensures their timely fulfillment.

• Handles numerous tasks simultaneously.

• Participation in client & requirement clarification calls

• Ensures the achievement of service standards in all activities, particularly website Configuration.

• Develops strategies for ongoing enhancement of team operations, pinpointing inefficiencies and implementing appropriate action plans.

• Participates in training sessions to enhance knowledge of organizational and industry-related subjects and trends.

• Collaborate with QA to debug and resolve Issues. Responsible to handoff artifacts post implementation

• Contributing to website implementation best practices and process improvements.

• Handoff to QA (Web/F&L Only)

• Peer Review - for tickets of mid to high Complexity

• Assist in Mentoring & Coaching

• Implement Ideas of process automation.

Succeeding as an Application Development Module Lead - Web, will require the following

core qualifications and skills

• 6+ years of relevant experience working in configuration management or a related IT field.
