Elite HR Services is seeking an IT/Desktop Support Technician in Ahmedabad. You will handle technical support tickets, connect remotely to client systems, and guide customers through issue resolution and software upgrades.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in IT/CS and 3 years' relevant experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work rotating shifts. Familiarity with TeamViewer, remote sessions, and ticketing systems is essential.

Formación

• Bachelors in IT/CS required.
• 3 years in IT/desktop support.
• Experience with remote desktop tools like TeamViewer.
• Familiarity with OS, office and enterprise software.
• Strong communication for non-technical customers.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Phone, Email, Chat, and remote sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
• SQL and API knowledge is a plus.
• Rotating shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Responding to technical support tickets.
• Talking directly to the customer to determine the nature of the technical issue.
• Connecting to the customers computer system via remote access.
• Identifying the nature of the hardware, software, or networking issue.
• Providing the customer with resolution choices.
• Installing new software/applications upgrades.
• Fixing any software or hardware issues.
• Providing minor technical or operational training.
• Completing IT support logs.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in information technology or computer science.
• 3 years of work experience as an IT or desktop support technician.
• Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer.
• Knowledge of operating systems, office software, enterprise software
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying technical information to nontechnical customers.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Technical proficiency in communicating via Phone, Emails, Chat, Remote Sessions & Ticketing System
• Adept at managing multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy
• Knowledge about SQL and API will be added advantage
• Ready to work in rotating shifts as per requirement
