Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking an experienced Application Support Consultant specializing in Windchill to join our team in a role that focuses on Windchill design, deployment of utilities, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in Windchill development/maintenance/migration, strong SQL and Oracle procedure skills, and a solid grasp of PLM concepts, data modelling and governance. This position requires shifting to align with European business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of Windchill development/maintenance/migration with strong Windchill architecture knowledge.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and Oracle procedures.
• Strong PLM concepts, data modelling and data governance understanding.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git).
• Willing to work in shifts, especially for European time zones.
• ITIL certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Utilities to enable Windchill applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Windchill-related issues, including performance with data integrity, and security in mind.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Application Support activities.
• Work on Incident Management, Service Request Fulfilment as in a L2 role.
• Collaborate with L3 functional and L3 technical teams to resolve problems.
• Work with external Business partners and guide the team whenever necessary.
• Resolve Major tickets within the defined SLA.
• Get the Handover from Project.
• Documentation of SOP procedures and ensure Operational Excellence.
• Work with deployment team to deploy the developed scripts during the Project release.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Windchill development or Windchill Maintenance or Windchill Migration with a strong understanding ofWindchill Architecture, Windchill Business Administration and knowledge in Windchill Database structures.
• Proficiency inwriting SQLqueries and Oracle procedures.
• Strong understanding ofPLMconcepts,data modelling , anddata governance .
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work in shift. Especially support European time zone.
• Process oriented mindset.
• Able to Optimise and Automate using latest technologies.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (scrum or kanban) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Added advantage if you are ITIL certified
