Primary Role:
Looking for an application/ product specialist to play a crucial role in promoting and supporting our cutting‑edge molecular diagnostic products, primarily our cytogenetic solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of molecular biology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to educate and assist healthcare professionals in the effective use of our diagnostic solutions. He/She will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Expertise:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the companys molecular diagnostic products and their applications in the field of cytogenetics
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in molecular diagnostics
Customer Support:
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals, laboratory personnel, and sales teams.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for promoting molecular diagnostic products.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and its
products.
- Helping the Sales Team to achieve the targets for the molecular products.
Product Development:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
- Work with the product management and R&D teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements.
Training and Education:
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and external customers.
- Create educational materials, including user guides, technical bulletins, and online resources.
Regulatory and Compliance:
- Ensure all product-related activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and quality
standards.
- Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions, if required.

Qualification:
- Graduate or post‑graduate in Human Genetics/Cytogenetics or a related field. A Masters or PhD will be
preferred.
Experience:
- 0- 2 years of experience in cytogenetics, laboratory work, or a related field. Experienced people will
be preferred.
- Knowledge of FISH and karyotyping is a must. Microscopy knowledge will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role such as sales, technical support, or product
management is a plus.
Additional Skills (If Any):
- Strong understanding of cytogenetics
- Proven research & communication skills preferred, including presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex scientific concepts to a non‑technical audience.
