Job summary

Kyndryl in Bangalore and across India seeks an Applications Services Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex AMS portfolios and modernization programs. You will manage multiple projects, mentor teams, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure SLA-driven delivery in a hybrid, partially remote setup.

You will drive technical delivery across Java/Spring Boot, .NET, APIs, and enterprise integrations, while advancing DevOps, automation, and cloud-native practices.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years of experience in application development, modernization, or enterprise application services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical delivery, engineering leadership, or AMS delivery management.
• Experience managing large AMS portfolios (100+ resources) with SLA-driven delivery.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, delivery governance, estimation, resource planning, and risk management.
• Hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot, .NET/.NET Core, APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications.
• Experience driving DevOps, CI/CD, automation, quality engineering, and cloud-native practices.
• Expertise in AI tools, agents, and AI-assisted SDLC.
• Experience managing L1, L2, and L3 support engagements.
• Strong customer engagement and large enterprise delivery experience.
