Kyndryl is seeking a Modernization Solution Architect to lead enterprise modernization, architecture governance, and AI-powered design across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. You will define target architectures, drive migration roadmaps, and mentor engineering teams while ensuring delivery quality and security.

You will guide legacy assessment, API-led integrations, and data governance, with focus on scalable, resilient, and cost-effective solutions for large enterprises in India.

Competenze

• 12–16 years of experience with 5+ years in Architecture Leadership.
• Proven experience in application portfolio assessment, rationalization, modernization, debt evaluation, and greenfield design.
• Strong expertise in Enterprise/Solution Architecture, API & Integration Architecture, modernization and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, .NET/.NET Core, Microservices, distributed systems, APIs, messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus).
• Strong database & cloud architecture across Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, Azure, AWS, or GCP; cloud certification in at least one hyperscaler mandatory.
• Hands-on AI agent architecture experience including LLMs, RAG, orchestration, tool-calling, state management and secure deployment.
• Experience with large enterprises, distributed teams, governance, and transformation programs.
