Job summary

Kyndryl is hiring a Mainframe CICS System Programmer to manage and optimize CICS environments across multiple Indian locations. The role involves implementing, configuring, and maintaining CICS, CICSplex, and related components while ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.

You will work with IBM MQ, Db2, VSAM, and other mainframe elements, perform upgrades and migrations, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Mainframe CICS System Programming or CICS infrastructure support.
• Experience with CICS production environments, incident resolution, service requests, and system maintenance activities.
• Exposure to CICS installation, maintenance, upgrades, or migration activities.
• Familiarity with CICS integration with IBM MQ, Db2, VSAM, and related components.
