Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an experienced Application Modernization Lead - Manager to drive development of innovative software solutions, enabling digital transformation for a diverse client portfolio across geographies. You will lead teams, manage client accounts, and mentor junior staff to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will guide design, coding, and testing using Java, Python, and C++, and oversee modernisation projects including planning, budgeting, and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• Excellent oral and written English proficiency.

The Opportunity

As an Application Modernization Lead - Manager, you will drive the development of innovative software solutions to enhance business performance and facilitate digital transformation. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
