Job summary

Sandoz India is seeking an experienced infrastructure leader based in Telangana to deliver secure, compliant multi-cloud solutions across domains. You will integrate service delivery, engineering and operations to provide reliable platforms that empower business applications.

The role requires coordinating with architecture and security teams, driving delivery within budget and schedule, and ensuring governance and operational excellence. A minimum 10+ years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in total.
• Experience delivering secure, compliant infrastructure on multi-cloud platforms.
• Ability to partner with architecture, security and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Technology & Infrastructure accountable for project delivery and/or operations in a multi-cloud hosting environment.
• Partner with Functional IT domains for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and infrastructure delivery.
• Drive sustainable operations of systems and applications, ensuring stability and customer service levels.
• Create detailed infra designs to operate applications on Cloud (AWS/Azure) and hyper-converged platforms.
• Ensure designs align with architectural roadmaps and support development and operations.
• Execute technology delivery strategy for business systems and domains.
• Partner with business units to ensure delivery teams meet strategy with reuse across areas.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget, secure and quality delivery of portfolio.

Integrate Service Delivery, Engineering, and Operations to provide reliable infrastructure that enables business solutions. The position collaborates with strategic business partners, architecture and security, to design fit for purpose infrastructure solutions and platforms.

Position Purpose

End-to-end accountability to deliver secure and compliant infrastructure solutions leveraging Sandoz’s global multi-cloud platforms, to enable the application platforms supporting specific domains. Integrate Service Delivery, Engineering, and Operations to provide reliable infrastructure that enables business solutions. The position collaborates with strategic business partners, architecture and security, to design fit for purpose infrastructure solutions and platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to

• Technology & Infrastructure accountable for project delivery and/or operations in the given business sub-capability in a multi-cloud hosting environment
• Partner with Functional IT domains for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and infrastructure delivery
• Drive sustainable operations of systems and applications in scope (both Global and Local) ensuring their stability and integrity and meeting customer service levels.
• Create the detailed infra design to operate the application software/services on Cloud (AWS/Azure), virtualized Hosting platforms (converged and hyper converged platform)
• Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of applications.
• Execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms and processes for a particular Business domain / Function.
• Partner with business partners to ensure Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams deliver products according to strategy with reuse across other areas.
• Ensure on time within budget compliant secure and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible function / service area.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

Minimum 10+years of experience in total.

• Ensure services solutions platforms products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact
• Run efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible function / service area.
• Establish and follow governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with right stakeholder representation.
