Kiya.ai in Chennai seeks an experienced Application Functional Support professional to provide end-user support, capture requirements, and ensure smooth operation of critical business applications within IT operations.

You will manage incidents, service requests and change requests in ServiceNow, coordinate testing/UAT, support migrations and upgrades, monitor changes, and collaborate with IT Production, security teams and third-party vendors to deliver reliable application services.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Application Support / IT Operations / Functional IT.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience in Incident & Change Management.
• Knowledge of IT Production / IT Infrastructure.
• Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Cloud Monitoring Tools.
• Experience in Functional Analysis, Requirement Gathering and UAT/Testing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English communication is mandatory; German/French is an advantage.
