Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in engineering or technical sales support.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CAD knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support to the global Docking & Mooring sales teams.
• Develop competitive technical proposals and solution-based offerings for customers.
• Define project scope and prepare cost estimates based on project specifications.
• Prepare pre-award technical documentation and support qualification discussions with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of projects to operations.
• Participate in technical meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support new product innovation and supply chain initiatives when required.
• Collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• CAD knowledge is advantageous but not essential
